If two have plenty of life left, you can replace just two — but new tires always go on the rear axle for safety, regardless of drivetrain. When possible we recommend all four for even wear and handling.
If the puncture is in the tread area, smaller than 1/4 inch, and not too close to the sidewall, yes — we can patch and plug. Sidewall damage cannot be safely repaired.
